Prototype Production
We have the capability to produce and manage quick turn-around, low batch parts or assemblies to satisfy initial batch or testing requirements. This can be combined with our CAD and engineering facilities to provide comprehensive product development services. With all of the critical aspects managed internally, we can provide a streamlined move from prototype to production.
Our prototypes are supported by our quality control systems, and low-volume tooling can be retained for future requirements or part change management.
3D Printing
We can produce dimensionally accurate 3D printed prototype and conceptual parts that can be used for many different activities, including concept reviews, feasibility studies, jig and fixture trials and even fit-for-function end application studies. We can print in clear, white, black, blue, purple, pink, green, red, orange, yellow or any combination of these colours with our multiple print heads.
The maximum resolution of our machine is 0.02mm. The maximum build volume is 210 x 150 x 100mm.
